I think Mauldin is going to be a player. I think he'll be a starter one day. Maybe week 1.
A lot can change in a month. We have a veteran team and watching the game tape this week will be a wake up call for them
Yes, he had two great pressures. One should have been a sack and the other was a great hit on the qb that they called roughing the passer on. He's looking really good.

LOL I'm bipolar. I was upset but that's how I am when I watch any game. I overreact and then take a step back and take it all in. Not much to be happy about but I would give the benefit of the doubt that this will not continue. If I see it for three games in a row then it's a trend.
1st team offensive line looked good. ivory looked good. marshall looked good. decker was fine. fitz completed 2 of 3 passes and the miss was a drop. the 1st team offense moved the ball and would have had a 1st down in the redzone if not for cumberland drop.

Yes, good point. I was going to post something similar to this.
Nothing has changed apart from Geno going down. It's a big deal but no reason to lose hope in the rest of the team.
We still have a stacked secondary and dline. Good wideouts and solid rbs. I'll wait until a few weeks into our season before flipping out. This was encouraging but I'm not going to give up.
I can't wait to watch the game tomorrow to see how ridiculous this fanbase really is.

I agree but qb was the least of our worries. We were hoping the defense came firing on all cylinders, at least I was. I am over it now and am not going to be concerned unless I see it happening in the Giants game
The defense will hopefully figure it out. Its only PS and this game means absolutely nothing regardless of how bad it looked.
Replay on SNY right now so I guess I will watch it now. Never mind they cut it off and say its not available in my area. I've always wondered why when I live in Dallas and pay for the Sports Pack on DirecTV its not available in my area. If its on SNY I should get it.

That was an effort and performance of Kotitian proportions.
If you really push me I'll say Mauldin and Reilly flashed as pass rushers, even if Mauldin needs to bring the QB down when he gets there and avoid sack/hurry nullifying penalties, and Bilal Powell flashed some hops, but really this is reaching for positives, mostly it was a clunker of Kotitian propositions; offense, defense, special teams and coaching (no team should ever look that unprepared and lethargic for a football game, even a preseason game, and thats on the coach).
Oh and we don't have a QB, so unless we make a trade, its gonna be a long year.
You can't hide your QB in this league, unless you have the 85 Bears defense, and even then you can't hide him.

Dammit, I live in VA and didn't pay that ridiculous amount of money on DirectTV to have the extra sports channels including SNY. Guess I'm regretting that now.
