Let's not make it like the Bills had a good season lol. They stink, and I don't think Rex ever went 10-6 in the regular season. I would take Bowles over Rex any day at this point. That being said, we choked, and I'm not surprised. Players change, coaches, but it's same old. I always root hard, but always expect them to fall just short.

linebackers also were nicked up but in the end believe it was keep the receivers in front don't let them get behind the secondary as Watkins did in the first meeting this season...

at the end of the day we need to remove the dead weight and get younger throughout the entire team...

Maybe most of your claims about Rex might be true. Maybe they are. But it's TODD BOWLES, and no one else, that lost to Rex twice. Lost to a pathetic team in complete disarray and no talent. It was TODD BOWLES, and no one else, that cost the Jets their 2015 season.

I would say that's a bit overboard. I am also disappointed that Bowles didn't make some corrections, but had thompkins made that catch we win. If Fitz doesn't force that part to decker in fields goal range, we won if or defense could hold one drive. I think they had no confidence in the kicker, getting folk back will change a lot.

Coach Bowles also ripped this team a new one, fired coples, and inspired a5 nearly 6 game run to the playoffs.

When we get past the sting of this loss, we'll look back and see this season was a breath of fresh air. We were in every game. Even though we had some where we came out flat, no opponent blew us out, like other games in other years. I look at the entire year before criticizing what we could of had. Anyone of these losses: Raiders, Texans, Pats, or even Eagles. Turn one of these games around, we would have made the post season. Instead, we went in needing week 17 to decide our fate. Next year, I hope we wrap things up before the last week, so we can rest our injured players.

I don't know about that, 10-6 is not something you just roll out of bed and achieve. Bowles is the coach, he needs to put his players in position to succeed, but he didn't miss the field goal, muff the punt, drop passes, or throw 3 int's. That being said, we still should of won the game!!

Rex led a 9-7 team from 2014 to an 8-8 record.

Rex couldn't go 13-3 with the '07 Patriots roster. He will always find a way to screw things up. The Jets will get their revenge next year. Rex won two meaningless games for his team vs the Jets to add to his collection of meaningless wins.

Yeah your right, he did get owned by that asshole, no good of a HC, Rex Ryan twice and it is a utter embarrassment and disappointment I do agree. However; This season not all lost by this game or the other Bills lose. The Jets lost 2 other games IMO that they should not have lost, the Eagles and Texans games. I don't want to get into whether or not Rex would have had this team in the playoffs this year with this roster because we will never know and can only speculate. I personally don't believe he would and whole heartingly believe Bowles is 10 times a better HC then Rex.

Yes I know a lot of people will disagree and obviously you do as well but its all good, we can always disagree (respectfully). Only time will tell who is the better coach and I give it 2-3 years and Bowles will still be the Jets HC and hopefully guide this team to winning a SB. While Rex Ryan will be a sports analyst or DC for a NFL or college team. Bowles and the rest of the coaches made a lot of good out of this roster and yes they should have won 2 more games at least and/or beat the Bills at least once but the ball bounces the other way with that.

He could have also gave in to the media and/or fan hype and panicked into starting Geno or Petty over Fitz during that mid-season struggle and if he did, the Jets probably would have been a 6-7 win team. So give him props for that and also realize that the Bills defense was ranked top 5 last year (I believe). This year pretty much with the same roster and the genius defensive mind in Rex Ryan, they dropped down in the late teens and a team in disarray. The Bills last year were a team on the rise and look at team the now with a better roster, while our Jets went up 6 wins from last year.

Rex has NEVER had a QB as good as Tyrod Taylor with the Jets and he does nothing with him with the Bills. While Bowles takes a 6 team journeyman back-up QB (pretty much) and sets Jets records with him and NFL records with their two top WRs. So yes I do agree that Bowles dropped the ball against the Bills (twice) and the Jets should have been a playoff team but he is a very good HC. A first year coach at that and hopefully he learns from these mistakes and next year we get that extra 2-3 wins and are a #1 or #2 seed and force to be reckoned with.

If you guys remember, when the Jets beat the Patriots, all you heard from Patriots fans was how they threw the game because the Steelers are a tougher opponent than the Jets. They wanted to get the Steelers into the playoffs, so they threw the game. They lost on purpose.

I think the Jets threw the game in Buffalo because they wanted to foil the Patriots' plan, and get the Steelers into the playoffs. The Jets threw this game to get Pittsburgh in.

That makes roughly as much sense as the Patriots fan argument did.
