Thanks, we all have our opinions on Geno and that's great. It is presenting opinions as facts that I have my problem with.

I have never been a fan of Geno and IMHO I do not think he is our long term answer. Holding that opinion does not make me root any less that he suceeds and I have no problem at all with the new coaching staff giving him a shot. I wish him well. If he does well we all have a better team to root for. Being wrong is no big deal I am a lot.

how do you "coach" someone out of flight instead of fight??

i would say the short answer is, IMO you don't & you get fired trying to for to long..
