Too bad they can force a team into such a distraction. It should only be voluntary. It's all about the money for the NFL with no concern about the teams interest.

Way too much forcing and mandating going on in America nowadays.
I probably won't even watch it but I'm concerned about the distraction and effect it will have on the Team.

Im hoping that the Jet duplicate the season they had when last featured on the show with 2 additional wins. Last appearance was also last playoff appearance.
What's the rules for this? I thought it was no playoffs in last two years, not a new HC and not on the show in the last 10 (?)
I think that at least the Bears, Saints and Washington are also eligible. (Maybe not Washington due to the ownership issues)

Those are the correct rules.
Washington wants to featured, but the league wants to wait until ownership is settled.
Jets are the league's biggest story this off season so they are the obvious choice.
