I think College football fans are not going to like Zack no matter what he does because he doesnt come from a popular college . Me? I look at tapes of College QBs that Jets can Draft and Jets didnt want the nu.ber 1 sure QB pick I wanted and only other QB I seen with Elite upside was Zach Wilson! He made average players around him look great by his accurate zip passes in tight coverage. Lot harder than Bamas QB who was surrounded by best players. Josh Allen was the correct QB, Not Darnold!!! Same guys in here that hated Zach pick loved Sanchez and Darnold pick because College from. Meanwhile Josh Allen and Zach Wilson came from lesser known Colleges and are better. Sure pick at QB Jags has and he is struggling more than Zach and he has better Protection and RB ,WRs than Zach has around him. Pats QB surrounded with Talent still couldnt best the Bills but the RB of Pats did with Defense. So look at players and play not the big name popular colleges. Shite Jerry Rice would have never been found if wasnt for looking at small colleges and dont hear you guys trashing his college teams he faced saying Rice cant play per your reasoning.

everything you read about him flies in the face of the rich kid label - at every level along the way he has worked his ass off no matter the opportunities afforded him by dad and tik tok mom. CJ Mosley didn't have to expound to the lengths he did this week describing how the kid spent his injured time off in the film room and rehabbing.....working. I'm calling bs on the label unless there is evidence otherwise. We may just have gotten lucky with his mental makeup - he's obsessive. The coaching needed is to keep him out of his own head a bit. Kid hasn't wavered - had his head bounced like a basketball week 1 and got off the deck to throw a TD pass. Had his head ripped off vs Texans and from there his play went up. I don't give a flying fig how much money his parents have - nor how pretty he is - his work ethic is what I like and that should resonate with NY. That's my QB.

as you might be able to tell by my avatar -I gravitate towards a QB that is discounted for aesthetic reasons...but works his ass off and has earned the respect of his teammates and HC......and the fans. Taylor Heinicke from a little old school in Norfolk, Va. Zach has gobs more talent and as good or better work ethic. I am fired up to see him each week...........Zach too lol
