I didn't get the same thing as Hobson did from Macc's comment. The fact that he puts such a premium on OLB, we didn't do anything in FA to upgrade there, and that our current OLB's are old and slow, all points me to the conclusion that he's going OLB in the draft and he's going there early.
I don't think, just because he feels it takes a couple years for OLB to develop, you can take that to mean he's waiting until a later round to grab one. I look at it the complete opposite. Because it takes a couple years for that position to develop it demands a premium player to be drafted there. The better the player, hopefully, the shorter the learning curve.
We draft OLB no later than round 3, and more than likely rounds 1 or 2. Mark me down.
