Wish we didn't let go o Kenrock Ellis. This guy is no where near as good. Only move so far that has been upsetting me is letting go of Ellis. He was good when he played.

I'm not 100% sure, but my guess is Ellis was assured more playing time and money from the Giants. He might not have been guaranteed that playing time with the Jets.

Yea I think that is very probable and I don't blame Ellis for his decision. I just loved the depth we had on the line but we are getting rid of that. Douzable and Ellis are gone. They were good role players.

Douzable is another story. He's underrated. I don't want to lose him. He's as good a backup lineman as they come.

Some wondering about Kevin Vickerson's position. Last yr for KC (3-4 base): 80 snaps at LDE, 37 at RDE, 37 at R/L DT and 8 at NT. #nyj

From the JETS roster perspective, at least on paper, he projects more versitile than Ellis in that he can play both DE & DT, lets see what he looks like in camp. right now its a good no-risk signing...
