I always liked Josh, not sure about his fit as a head coach. I'd say he'd be better served to work his way into it from a lower spot on the ladder such as OC or QB coach, but, that's just me.

"if" he gets the gig, he should hire all ex-nfl head coaches for the top spots on his staff.
have a myriad of thinkers to pick and choose from. have a plethora of mistakes to be corrected before they happen.

I agree. Making a former NFL player into an NFL HC with no Offensive Coordinator (or even QB coach) experience is absolutely, laughable.
I don’t know why exactly (or maybe I do) but I think this guy’s going to surprise people. This guy has bee a QB for so many teams and coordinators he’s got a wealth of knowledge and schemes .

i dunno about that...

1.) young guys will look up to a former player who just got done playing.

2.) vets will have his back, because most of the league played with him.

3.) a lot depends on his staff; Flores as a DC...and Matt Nagy as OC, and he has instant gravitas with former HC's flanking him.

i can see it being pretty shocking!

That’s a great start to a staff right there .
