The problem is that there is no #1 at ANY position on this roster. As I said earlier, there is nobody on the team who can beat the man opposite him. They need an change in their player acquisition approach (draft and free agency).

Sadly this is true.
This coaching staff, if allowed to continue, will be drafting for this Francises future.
The same guys who have authored this Shit show, the absolute worst in a long line of them are going to pick a Franchise QB.
Man are We phucked if that happens.
All this coaching staff will have accomplished is securing the #1 pick.
Fire them before they make a mess of that as well.
Let them play out the Season. Firing them now accomplishes nothing. Firing them now might fire the Team up enough to actually win enough games to lose that #1.
It will probably happen though.
This Franchise can't help but shoot itself in the foot.
