It's exactly how you dig out Moe.
No talent and no cap space leads to no wins.
Have to suffer the consequences of the last regime and Rodgers and Adams dead cap.
The culture is much improved compared Rodgers 2 seasons. No players whining to the media. No punks on the roster pointing fingers and blaming everyone else for their failures.
Not getting the wins we all want, but under talented players are playing hard. Many more close games. Could easily be in playoff contention but the talent is just not there.
The coaching staff, aside from wilks has done well and I could make the excuse for him that there's not enough talent.No pass rush, no safety's.
O.C. has schemed receivers open on nearly every play. Again lack of talent, poor o line play, dropped passes and poor QB play are just to much to overcome.
Fields was the best option available. His contact was structured for one year. Boom or bust, he busted but we have the draft capitol to build up the roster and add a QB plus we went from negative cap space to near $100 million to spend.

When you look of our former standout defense players from week one. Our Cb & overrated defenseline men. Yes you know their names & to compare them to the cornerbacks & front of Texas team players.. ...... Well, At their best our two never showed the toughness or passion or ability of what Texas has.

I hope our new draft choices we received have these qualities.

Jets have officially put Fields on injured reserve. Bullshit, this is all the easy way out of admitting that they either don’t want him anymore and/or he don’t want to be a Jet anymore!

Needless to say, I had 3 assumptions or predictions and all went wrong of how this would go with Fields. He didn’t even last a full season. WOW!

Then came the pre-season and I knew it wasn't good.
Wanted to give them a chance but the Coaching, from DAY 1 was terrible.
Especially on Defense.
