What and why would they do this? I know Williams is the best rated player in the draft but with Mo and Richardson and Harrison in the middle, why do this? I will trust in this regime that they did the right thing as they have done so far but I'm really not happy right now. Not that my opinion matters any!

I respectfully disagree, Super, we talked about this and it can work if we switch to a bass 4-3, and I think thats what this pick signifies, Bowles had to give it the green light, which means the talent was so immense he was on board with changing his bass defense to bring in a transcendent talent.

If I'm right and this precipitates a move to the 4-3, the Jets officially have a SUPER UNIT on the D-line.
