I'm sorry guys but the problem is Saleh. He keeps saying the team needs to execute better, but at what point does he realize the damn scheme and plays aren't working?

It's like watching a bad rerun. He keeps telling the O line to do it again and do it better, but it just never happens! At what point do you do something different? Extra blockers, pull the guards, use some motion out of the backfield???? We can't run the damn ball and that is dictating everything else.
Every defense we play is doing what we wish we could do. Pin their ears back and attack the QB. STOP ASKING PLAYERS TO DO WHAT THEY CAN'T DO AND GO FIGURE OUT WHAT YOUR DAMN PLAYERS DO WELL!!!! IT'S CALLED COACHING!!!

Who was the last QB we had who didn't 'suck'? The common thread is failure to build a good O line. Sanchez was serviceable until we let his line deteriorate in order to build a killer 'D'. Many years ago we had a poster who said that his Giants fan friend told him that the Jets aren't prepared to put the work in to build a solid team and are always looking for short cuts. Nothing changes.

The New Jersey Jets proved last night that they can lose equally well with Mr. Zackery Wilson, Mr. Timothy Boyle, or Mr. Trevor Siemian as the quarterback. They are, if nothing else, consistent.
In yesterday's game against the Falcons the Jet defense once again did its job, keeping the opponent's total points at an approachable level. The Jet offense, however, did not do more than approach it.

Everything sucked about that game, including the comms. They complained about the Jets fans booing the offense, who were on their way to their usual six points, and then said 'And now they're cheering' when the defense were on. And one of them kept referring to Atlanta as 'the Dolphins'. And my internet connection started to fail so I kept having to reconnect!
It was actually Jonathan Vilma. Honestly so much blame to go around (if the CS knew they would have a short leash with Boyle, then why didn't they split the first team reps with Siemian this week?).
So many bad decisions, it almost appears like they have no idea what they are doing and are just trying shit live to see what works.
My mistake. I watch with the sound off so I rarely know who the Broadcast team is going to be.
Fell asleep due to boredom really. This Team just plain sucks. NO FUNDAMENTALS at all. Coaching is too blame. Saleh should have been let go after last seasons collapse. The guy is simply lost on the sidelines and looks like He wants to be fired. Send Him packing and make him happy.
Because it's a terrible staff. I wanted to like Saleh, but this guy looks so lost when they are losing and he is taking receipts when they are winning. Seeing him on Hard Knocks and I knew he was a phony.
I don't see any coaching going on out there. On the defensive side of the ball, we are constantly adjusting, mixing it up, trying to put guys in position to succeed. You can see the adjustments at half time and throughout the game.
On the offensive side, we just keep doing the same thing over and over, with ZERO creativity to try to fix things. The O line seems overmatched and beat on every play, yet we keep trotting out doing the same thing over and over (how about pulling the guards, how about blocking down, how about chip blocking and bringing over the TE???). Our guys are always backpedaling and never attacking their assignment, and I've seen all of the tackles doing the same nonsense of slapping the defenders hands and letting them blow right past them, instead of punching them in the chest and throwing them off of their moves.
IDK guys. Saleh is a defensive coach and just seems oblivious on the offensive side. I get it that the OC is calling the plays, but the OC isn't training the O line, and he's calling the game & style based on what the HC wants. Saleh wants to grind out games and not turn the ball over, and "hey that is exactly what we have"!! Unfortunately due to that style, we can't score any damn points either
