12:21 left in game, the app finally got fixed. down 11 when I get to watch finally. I caught the best part!
How do know that to be the truth or are you just saying that to save face and make Zach look bad?
That was said before the draft that he wasn't a captain in college. Thats pretty rare for a QB. Wilson does just fine looking bad on his own. Doesn't need my help.
I know about college. What I’m asking is how do you know he was named captain as the Jets and he didn’t earn it?
Great win today. Hopefully this is the start of the tide turning.

We beat a really good team today - Cincy probably has one of the most exciting QB-WR duos in the NFL..
-LaFleur went upstairs and called a heckuva game
-Mike White - 405 yards to go along with 82% completion rate!!! How can you not be impressed?! Great poise, quick reads, accurate throws (both INTs were deflections off our own WRs). What a way to control and lead this offense, pulling off the comeback down 11 pts!
-Saleh was fired up throughout the game and his passion was reflected on the field.
For the first time in a while, I am truly psyched about having realistic chances and expectations about winning the next game! Hoping this team continues to grow!
(If Mike White keeps playing like today, Zach will be learning from the bench)

I don't know that, but I know he did nothing to earn it. And hasn't since.
Fact of the matter is that kid should never have been drafted as early as he was based on what he did at BYU .
No he was drafted at the right spot, he has intangibles that most Quarterbacks do not...
His ability to move the pocket and drive the ball downfield is reason he was drafted...
Unfortunately the same game plan that was called yesterday is more suitable for a pocket passer, Wilson needs to trust in the game plan and not improvise... He needs to settle down, in the pocket like Mike White orchestrated...
Wilson yesterday was in the suite watching the game, probably had a better view and hope he learned that let the game come to him, not trying to be a new version of Lamar Jackson, escaping the pocket to make a splashy play...
I don't find Zach to have happy feet and the protection overall has been improving - yesterday just another step in that direction. It helped that they could actually run the ball and Cincy refused to adjust to balls to the RBs in the flats. They killed them on that all day and since we haven't seen much of it so far, gotta think it caught Cincy flat footed.
one play I was encouraged by was seeing Elijah streaking open by 3-5 yards to endzone but was overthrown (not to mention a penalty on McGovern anyways). Gotta get the ball deep a bit more as trams will take that easy stuff away soon enough.
