Ok. My take on certain players after this game
1 Zach looked ok. Stepped up in the pocket and didn’t bailout. Mediocre passing night. Batted balls still a problem
2. Becton looked good when he played. Expected him to play a lot more however
3 Huff…. I thought he looked great
4 McDonald….. this guy is going to be a good player. Played the run much better than I thought he would
5 Clemons … ok against the run. Looks slow on the pass rush and a very slow first step. He ain’t JFM
6 Izzy….. will be the #2 back behind Breece by year end. Carter may be in trouble
7 Secondary looked like shit
8 Sherwood made a lot of tackles …..7 yrs downfield Wasn’t impressed
9 Surrat…. Nice pick. Decent game
10. Morested and Zurline….. looked great
11. didn’t see enough plays of Tippman or Barnes to form an opinion
12 Boyle…meh. Streveler is awful.
13. Brownlee … mixed bag tonight
all in all….. a sloppy game played by guys who most wont be on the team in a month. We aren’t going to know what this team really is until Week 1

Sloppy play first half, but had the momentum. Second half defense out of position several missed tackles. Fourth quarter delay, Jets didn't match intensity. Last drive at 0:58 second and ten from Browns 30 looked like DPI in end zone. Definitely got there early. Officials didn't want to give Jets a certain victory. Overall a challenge to stay focused watching. So many interviews. I actually turned off my set right before Arod's interview.
Rodgers was on camera more times than the guys playing the game. They also interviewed him for like a half hour while most HOF inductees got a few minutes. Guess the league is all in on Rodgers.
Totally agree. The interviews threw me off as well. To be fair, it was the HOF game and the format is different to honor those guys. I think it would be more of an honor to give those guys time before the game but hey whatever.
I didn't see any difference in Zach at all. Still trying to do it all in one play. The Guy just can't seem to play under control. You saw it when He slipped. Looking ahead to what's coming instead of concentrating on what's in front of you. Major flaw in his game.
Zach was playing like he did in his rookie season...before he was shell shocked. Maybe he can develop now.

I don't recall seeing Izzy make any mistakes. Coupled with the fact that signing Dalvin Cook was even a consideration, yes, Carter is in trouble.
The biggest problem I see with Zach is the complete inaccuracy with the short and intermediate throws. I don't know if it's mental or what, but he struggles profusely with short throws.
That may not be something that can be fixed. I can't comprehend why he can throw a 40 yard dart on target but can't throw a simple 5-7 yard out route.

Randal Cunningham had he same problem - hit a receiver 40 yards away in stride, but at the feet of the receiver five years away.

Patience. Zach has none. I believe immaturity and focus are Zach's main problem. Maybe watching AR will have an effect but I don't know. Kid's all amped up, to the point it effects his game and not in a positive way. I just don't see it with this Kid.
