I'm gonna be more negative then Tebowcan'tthrow here
. No matter who we draft, it doesn't matter because as long as belichick lives we are at best 2nd in our division

January, 2011. Jets 28 Patriots 21. Jets advance to the AFC Championship Game. “Can’t wait!”
It can be done. And we’ve got Sam Darnold, not Mark Sanchez.
If we trade down a few spots and we know we can get the left tackle with the pick, then it's worth it. I suppose it depends on what we pick up in free agency

Settle down dude, I won’t allow for anyone to be more negative than me. And I would be happy just to be 2nd in our division. It would be way better than last.
TCT, I am known by every person who knows me as the most negative person alive. of course I blame it on a lifetime of Jet fandom, but I think you definitely give my negativity a run for the money. I don't usually do new years resolutions, but this year I am doing one. My new years resolution is to be more negative then you:global (45):

I was tempted to say if he gets out of the TOP 10, but a BJ (for a straight male) is a high price to pay.![]()

This is why Shakespeare said; "... first kill all the lawyers." :global (21):We had a deal. In New York, a contract is binding if there is an offer, acceptance, consideration, mutual assent, an intent to be bound, and both sides agree on all of the essential terms. ... In other words, the parties can be shown to have entered into a binding contract because they acted like they entered into a binding contract.
If the Jets stay at 3, you can pretty much guarantee it will be a defensive player. This is a very heavy defensive draft in the first 10 picks. The mocks have defensive linemen flying off the board in round 1.
Right now, I’m exploring ways to move back if I’m Macc. I feel like getting some picks back and taking a mid round offensive player to help Darnold is the way to go.

Honestly, I wanted to take Jacobs at 3, I really did, but I had to edit the mock because you just can't justify it with Q still on the board.
Since I don't love this O-line class, but I do want an offensive player for Sam, here's what I'm really hoping for ....
Jets trade down with, oh say, Jacksonville or Denver, recoup that 2 we lost for Sam (AND MORE), then take Jacobs or Metcalf if he passes his physical.
