Look I half agree but he stayed on the same team for 20 years lol How many NFL players have done that since 2020???????

He even took a pay cut a big one to stay with the Pats most players (over 95%)?? leave for the top dollar. So he was loyal to the pats for 20 years & gave them a discount so that his team could win. Maybe he wanted to show the world that he could do it without Billy boy or that they had a falling out. We really don't know the entire story. So i don't like him but to call him evil is wrong too. He is what he is & he works hard at it. He also cheats hard at it. But like a spitball in baseball or stealing signs or taking drugs he is not alone. I am rooting for Tampa bay only for TB & BA but I still like KC & will not be upset if they win. In fact I will sit back & enjoy the game. If Brady wins it will be something & like the person that wins Lotto luck may play a roll.

my buddy who played in the nfl and likes the patriots always told me, brady is no dumby. he knows that if he goes somewhere else he isnt going to have all day to throw anymore so he's smart to play for a little less and collect the rings and make more money with marketing stuff cause he has the rings. Scarnechia was there before belichick and brady. he retired for the second and final time before last year. brady was smart enough to leave with Scarnechia and he picked a team with another great line. I didnt say he was evil. I said he was an asshole. not a dumb asshole, but a smart asshole. unless you mean where I joked about him selling his soul. that doesnt make him evil. he very well could have been a good kid before he went down to the crossroads. lol. ssometimes I crack myself up

go back and find some jet patriot game tapes that pre date Bart Scotts Can't Wait rant (not the ones with our signals being taped from belichicks file cabinet but the actual game tapes). watch brady mocking us as he runs up the score on us. do this and maybe you will hate him like me. you'll at least see why I call him an asshole. or watch a superbowl that he didn't win and see how he escapes.the field at the end. if you have won almost every superbowl you should be able to at least half heartedly congratulate the other team like every other losing player does

I'm starting to get the impression that you might not be a fan of this guy

well at least you'll be able to see him be the first QB to be part of the team that lost a Super Bowl on home turf

yeah. I was just thinking the other day, you know what, I really don't think I like tom brady very much. and now I don't

I hope you are right but I skip watching the superbowl when the cheatahs are in it and braady is still a cheatah to me, so I won't be watching. I can't not scream every time brady has 10 seconds to throw , which is every play so I pass on the game to not drive the family crazy. I'll be camped in front of my speakers listening to some good tunes, probably quite loud.
if somehow KC wins, I can watch it a zillion times on the nfl network. they will replay it a bunch. I watched Foles beat him many times and thoroughly enjoyed every time. the only time brady was touched, he fumbled and it cost him the game. plus he dropped an easy catch , proving his wife right, that her tommy cant throw the ball and catch it too. doesnt get much better than that

Maybe one of his kids will be in the NFL by the time he retires so that you will be happy to follow him too. LOL

Funny that Phil Collins has that now as his son is taking over the Genesis drums now. I like this one lol

Ty Cobb was the same way lol

My dad was at a game near the end of his playing days when he faced the Yankees (he hated the yanks). He came to bat & on purpose he fouled two balls off into the Yankee dugout making the players duck or get hit. He then gets a hit on the third pitch & steals second. Lou Brock goes up to the yanks before game seven in 1964 WS & tells the yanks looks like rain today.......early showers for your pitcher. Dizzy Dean did the same to the Tigers starter before game 7 of the 1934 WS. Wayne Cashman hits a soviet player in the face before the game starts. I am not defending him but many players are not class acts.

butterscotch, I'm betting that if brady has a kid that goes to the NFL, that brady not only is still playing, but he plays longer then the kid. brady will be so old that they have to put a cardboard x to mark the spot in the pocket where he stands and they just move the x down the field. they send him out there and tell him " take your wheelchair out to the x and stay there until someone is wide open and then throw the ball at them. dont worry they'll make the best catch you ever saw and run for another 30 yards and you'll get the credit". you know, just like now wothout the x and wheel chair. man I am on a roll cracking myself up again:rofl2:

for real with Phils kid playing in Genesis? like Deacon Frey and the Eagles or Wolfgang with Van Halen. I'm betting you like the older Genesis best . I am a fan of the 80's stuff. went to see GTR in college. betting you know who they were. very cool, Hacket and Howe each played solo, then they played together. I was about a dozen rows back

When pitcher Early Wynn played for the White Sox, his son took batting practice against him, and hit the ball off the left field wall.
On the next pitch, Early threw at him and brushed him back off the plate.

cool about your dad. I wouldn't be a class act either if I played because I wouldnt care what position I played, I would find brady and sack him. wouldn't care if it was 5 seconds late like the pass interference flags that he gets thrown when his receivers don't catch the ball. heck, I'd sack him if he was on my team. I'd drive him into the ground good and hard and get right in his face and tell him, there you go brady. after 20 years you finally know what it feels like to be an nfl qb. 15 yard roughing penalty no problem. sacking brady, priceless

I cant escape this guy anywhere. Alexa story yesterday was about tom bradys rookie card worth $500,000. I guess I shouldnt have let the dog pee on mine

when I tried to teach my son to catch, he kept shying away from every throw so I started throwing at him figuring he had to put the glove in front of the ball then. hit him square in the head. that was the end of catch. kinda like on The Sandlot

As I always have said the best band of all time is Genesis 67-77. the second best band in the world is Genesis 78 - now. after that not even close. Hackett is amazing to this day I have been to over 100 of the Genesis family concerts. I hope too see Hackett & the boys both this year. Phil had my hat on during a concert in NY. I have met them all a few times except Peter just once.

In life there are four guarantees . Death, taxes, Room 208 in college & Genesis concerts. I hope to see three shows this year if I can.

Now we are talking ... more music references here

Get yourself to a Musical Box concert. Spot on recreation of the Trespass through LLDOB era including the costumes, screen show (they have the original) and sounds down to Ruhtherford's Rick and Hackett's Paul.

If you liked Collins, did you ever dig him in Brand X? The (mostly) original band still together and touring

P.S. Started a music thread in off topic. Anyone game?

I have a great Phil story after a Brand X concert in NY LOL I almost got in a fight (on his side) with Phil & two upset fans after their concert. I am almost 6-6 so these guys must have thought I was his body guard but he stood right up to them.

I was with Brand x two years ago after a show & spoke about that night with them lol Not the same without Phil. But still great

I refuse to see the Musical box as i don't want my mind to not hear the best lol.

just what tommy needed. how many Chiefs will test positive by Sunday morning? probably only the starters. 20 Chiefs including Mahommes in line to get haircuts from a barber who has covid. un-freakin-believable how many tompabradies will test positive? since there is only 1 tompabrady, I'm guessing none

  • KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The Chiefs had 20 people, including quarterback Patrick Mahomes, other players and staff members, in line for a haircut Sunday with a barber who tested positive for COVID-19, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Backup center Daniel Kilgore was in the chair when the Chiefs pulled the barber once his COVID-19 test results came in, Schefter reported. Kilgore and the barber both were wearing masks and because Kilgore was deemed a close contact, he told the barber to finish. A source initially had told ESPN that Kilgore was mid-haircut when the barber was pulled.
    EDITOR'S PICKS
  • The Chiefs on Monday placed Kilgore and wide receiver Demarcus Robinson on the reserve/COVID-19list after they were considered to be close contacts.
Robinson and Kilgore have not practiced since being placed on the COVID-19 list this week. But they can return to play in Super Bowl LV on Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers if they test negative for five consecutive days.
Starting center Austin Reiter said Thursday that the team is making the most out of an unfortunate situation.

I believe it was Super Bowl I (American Football League-National Football League Championship). where Fred "The Hammer" Williamson, messed with the Lombardi Packers. The Packers were so far ahead, that Lombardi called for a play where everybody blocked Williamson. I think he behaved after that.
