And it seems like he's not going to play Kerley unless someone puts a gun to his head.

If Decker can't go, and I don't think he should, I suspect Enunwa becomes #2 , Devin Smith will get some reps i guess we'll see some of Kerley, unless they bring up Powell.

I think even with Owusu's injury, i still feel Kerley wont see much action as Devin Smith will be playing this Sunday. That is of course if Deck cant play, then i'd say your probably right.

Yet at the same token, Enunwa is ahead of Kerley any way. Damn what the hell did Jeremy do to piss off the new regime??

Devin Smith will be back this game, that is great. He will make an impact. Maybe a small one being that its his first game, non pre-season action and coming off injury but it should be enough to help with the W. BTW, hoping for that quick recovery for Decker!

Note: it could get very scary for defenses with Marshall, Decker and Smith on the field. Wow!

I sprain could actually be a slight tear , but let's hope not:
I had a slight tear and it turned into complete,
Although that was my ACL

Grade 1 sprain (mild): Slight stretching and some damage to the fibers (fibrils) of the ligament.
Grade 2 sprain (moderate): Partial tearing of the ligament. There is abnormal looseness (laxity) in the joint when it is moved in certain ways.
Grade 3 sprain (severe): Complete tear of the ligament. This causes significant instability and makes the joint nonfunctional.

DavidO, A player can't be moved from practice squad to another teams practice squad. They have to be signed to the 53. So Titus must have been a free agent and not on the Chargers practice squad ?

Badly worded. He was with the Chargers - then released and now added to our PS!

owusu also hurt, leg injury. hopefully Smith can play and get Kerley out there. if we bring powell off the PS can he go back or he would have to clear waivers again?

During the season there is the "contagion" rule, whereby a team can elevate a p.s. player for 1 week and then send them back down again WITHOUT having to send that p.s. player back through waivers.
It's supposed to be invoked for things like a flu virus spreading through a locker room but has been used for short-term injury replacement.
(Is "injury-bug" a contagion? It sure seems like it some years.)

Said elevated player must be paid at league minimum or above ($27,188-$41,250) for that active game.
Considering p.s. players make about $66,000 for the entire season, that's a significant earnings boost.
