Fitz will probably go to Den or Jets in my opinion....
That's insane. Scot Mitchell ring a bell? Hell, who knows![TWEET]707662570086334465[/TWEET]
Denver is at least as good a situation as here (better situation obviously but minus the Gailey-FitzMagic).Only two options for Fitz. Stupid to leave Jets. No guarantee any success in Denver. Comfort level here.

RG3 is flying out there now, and reports earlier in the day had Denver insiders saying Kaep was their backup plan. Now is not the time to blink, IMO.
He beat NE and Cincinnati - but he wasnt without his struggles. But its all relative - who would you rather roll the dice on? Pat Kirwan looks pretty smart - the week after those wins he was saying Denver better lock him up now, or he'll be tempted in FA.Honestly, i wasnt impressed with Osweiler during his short starting sting with the Broncos. He wasnt that good, was he....?
How do you figure? All along its been the only scenario where I could see him leaving.Better team, but not a better situation.

I don't, at all, that's what makes it even close.i don't doubt that Fitz will play better for us. But you're talking about the SB Champions, and a team where you can go in and play about half as well as last year (maybe 30%?) and probably win another, vs. a non-playoff team coming oft an easy schedule that's going to have a much tougher schedule and looks like a break-even at best this offseason, so you can't expect to make the playoffs unless something changes.Don't discount chemistry and having the only OC that he has had success with. Not easy to just learn a new system. If it was Fitz wouldn't have bounced around so much.

Denver is much more likely to won the super bowl than the jets. All reports are Fitz isn't an Elway qb.Elway wants big arms and the ability to roll out, aka kap.Don't discount chemistry and having the only OC that he has had success with. Have to wait until the final guaranteed numbers come out, but it looks like Brock left for a much bigger payday. Denver supposedly was at 3 Years and 13 per and not going past 15 according to Kirwan (though some have said 16). So even at 16, over 3 Years you're still looking at $24M difference, in what may be his only big contract. Also don't discount the pressure of being in Peyton's shadow. Thats why Brock left possibly.
Maybe Fitz panics and signs quickly. Only the Browns would be a that to sign him. Unless it's crazy money, why would anyone go to that horrible franchise?Rams gave Keenum a first round tender - morons - so they're out on Fitz. If Denver gets something done with RG3 or SF/Kaep we're fine.
