If Brady gets the suspension completely eliminated without turning over his records, it is an OUTRAGE!
He turns over his records, and those records clear him? Fine. I will live with the facts determining the lack of punishment.
But if he withholds evidence and STILL gets the sentence waived, 31 other owners better have a hell of a lot to say about that Commish.
I wonder how long Goodell deliberates before his rulingGary Myers @garymyersNYDN 18m18 minutes ago![]()
Update: Brady hearing expected to last until 8:30-9. NFL will only issue statement afterwards. Hoping Kessler or Yee will talk.
Rumors, since the Salem love fest is that Jim Gray has moved into Tammi 's bathhouse wing of his California McMansion. If Brady gets the suspension completely eliminated without turning over his records, it is an OUTRAGE!

“Sources” who surely work for Tom Brady say Tom Brady was a great witness

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady hasn’t publicly addressed #DeflateGate since the Ted Wells report was released, heeding the advice of lawyer Jeffrey Kessler, who undoubtedly told Brady that anything he says can and will be used against him at the appeal hearing and in any subsequent litigation.
Brady addressed #DeflateGate on Tuesday, at his 10-hour appeal hearing. While the transcript won’t be released due to a confidentiality agreement, that agreement hasn’t stopped an unnamed source from gushing about Brady’s performance.
Adam Schefter of ESPN cites said source for this quote: “Tom Brady’s greatest ally today was Tom Brady.”
Citing unnamed “sources” (i.e., more than one), Schefter also said that Brady “came off as very genuine, earnest and persuasive, addressing every issue raised in the league-sanctioned Wells report.”
One source called it “an A-plus performance.”
With all due respect and deference to Schefter’s preference that members of the media not speculate on the identity of unnamed sources, it’s pretty clear that he’s getting his information from people in Brady’s camp. And it’s not really information; it’s a self-serving characterization from someone with an obvious bias in favor of Brady.
Unless, of course, one of the sources was Roger Goodell. If that’s the case, then this is pretty big news.
It’s surely not the case. The news here is that people paid to get Brady exonerated think he did a great job while testifying. Which ultimately doesn’t mean a thing.
Also related to the possibility of Brady bringing the NFL to court is how long wireless providers retain cell phone records. Seem most retain them for a year or longer. Here's a graph:

"I would like to see [Brady's suspension] eliminated completely. I support this organization 100 percent."- Tedy Bruschi (CSNNE).

In his transition from player to ESPN analyst, Tedy Bruschi probably shouldn't "support" any NFL organization, since he's paid to analyze.
