Incognito is making the most of his second chance and looks to have the inside track for the starting right guard position. Incognito received PFF's 23rd-highest grade for guards in 2012, his last full season in the NFL. That was out of 81 qualifiers.

Seems like Coach Ryan still believes he can refurb any player who has been 'troubled' in the past. Vick, Harvin, Incognito, etc...
Many coaches might have the humanity, but they don't have the time or the skill or the luxury of undertaking these projects. They are under tremendous pressure: why add something else to deal with on top of the need to perform or lose their job? It's out of the question for most of them: "He was a problem for someone else. Why would I want him on my team? Things are tough enough already."
But not Rex...

We're not going to overreact to June minicamp performances. But this is a reminder that Cassel won't run away from E.J. Manuel/Tyrod Taylor, and is a poor bet to succeed if he does win the job. Cassel "put too much air under his throws. ... was late on throws, was inaccurate ... and missed a deep throw by about 15 yards." The Bills are going to try to hide their quarterback situation by saddling up LeSean McCoy and the run game.

One of things that strikes me in that video is Rex harps on his work ethic and his teams and he is going to work harder. Patently untrue. One of the elements of Rex that was infuriating was that the Jets had some of the least hard working practices in the NFL when he was here.
ryan's confidence in himself is his greatest strength & weakness..
Now we get to hear how great Wayne Hunter is, and how much of a genius Rex is for bringing him in...

Has him in for a workout. Hasn't signed yet, but showing strong interest in a guy who hasn't played in the NFL since 2012, and, let's face it, never REALLY played in the NFL.
