I know there's no love lost for Rex among many here, but he looks a lot better these days. He used to be very heavy. He looks fit. Good for him.

It's a toss up. all insurance companies have different sets rules. A lot depends on how much the weight is affecting your health IE things like high blood pressure and diabetes. If they think in long long run they will save more money by paying for the surgery they will.
