I actually know quite a lot about the science of weight loss. I was able to get my bad behavior under control and get to my proper BMI without having to opt for surgical procedures.

Surgery is fine if needed but it's not a magic elixir that doesn't require behavioral changes to achieve success

I'm not an expert, obviously, as you pointed out correctly so I'll just shut up about it from now on and let you handle any further discussion

McCoy invites women to attend party via Instagram post with Bills logo

The photo in the Instagram post used a Bills logo behind a headshot of McCoy. The Bills issued a statement Thursday afternoon on the matter.

This since-deleted post on LeSean McCoy's Instagram page invited women 21-and-over to a party at an undisclosed location.

"We have reached out to LeSean and informed him that players are not permitted to use team marks for personal use without prior permission from the team," the statement said.

Women wishing to attend the party had to be 21 years or older and send the promoter a photograph and a link to their social media profiles in order to RSVP.

I haven't seen the "wonderful Todd Bowles" attending rassling shows and flipping the bird at fans, making foot fetish videos, getting his wife's half naked tattoo on his arm with his failed QBS number 6, boasting about bullies, playoffs, kissing rings and going to the White House at his first presser (for two different teams), allowing one of his players to be wrapped in duct tape, slimed and hung from a training camp goalpost, making profanity laden speeches to the team and getting in verbal battles with opposing linebackers, DBs and other players instead of focusing on his own team on the field.

LMFAO, Thank goodness this guy is out of town. I loved him when he was here the 1st two years, but his act wore off pretty quick . Just like his daddy, monster DC but as HC, complete chaos in the locker room.

The sound of Todd Bowles placing accountabilty yesterday regarding Sheldon would have never happend at the podium yesterday. It would have gone like this:
