This team has been one of the worst coaches teams from top to bottom in the league under Saleh. We blame JD and Saleh's #2 overall pick in Zach Wilson, but look at how this team has prepared. They have lost almost every game after a bye. They lost every season opener. The only first game of the season they won was when Rodgers got hurt, Allen threw 3 picks and the Jets needed a punt return from a guy with tiny hands to win. Look at this year, they get blown out by a team that had their best RB injured, their second best player held out until a week before the season, a player was shot during the summer and didn't have their second best WR. The preparation from this staff was and still is the problem. In 2023, Saleh cancelled an OTA. I'm sure because Rodgers asked him to. And then this year Rodgers went to Egypt. Saleh was in over his head, Ulbrich is in over his head. Hackett is not an NFL coach.

Adding my two cents here....................Neither the GM or the HC were able to make this team what we all hoped it would be. That sucks. Ultimately they both did fail at their jobs and should be replaced, but.........I FIRMLY BELIEVE............it might have been very different if their every move or decision or recommendations weren't SEVERELY handicapped by a self centered, my way or no way, completely football ignorant, backstabbing, rich asshole named Woody Johnson. I can't wait for the football world to find out all the nonsensical bull shit he forced on his GM and HC that still haven't been revealed to the public. It's only just starting to leak out. You want to improve this team then find a way to force the sale of it to someone who knows football and who will let his executives and coaches run the team. It's well known among team owners and other coaches what kind of environment Woody provides for his football staff and I believe any candidates they interview will, and should, think long and hard about that before accepting the position.

Indeed Belichick got out immediately and went on to win multiple SBs. The fact that Woody Know-nothing is 'leading' the search for a new GM & HC tells you all you need about the probability of success.

I doubt Gruden ever gets another shot in the NFL. He destroyed a promising roster with the raiders plus his leaked emails and lawsuit against the league. Would still have to wait until after the season though. Have to do the minority interviews and they will be post season.

This is true. Just the same there are several. including him that say he will be back this season. His legal battle with the NFL over those emails won't keep him out though. That's mostly up to team owners.

As long as that lawsuit is still active,I don't think he gets hired.
That's potential money out of the owner's pockets. The owners have a way of sticking together.
Besides his coaching record should keep him out.

It is kind of up in the air. He wouldn't be my pick at any rate. I believe I'd consider steeling from the lions.............Ben Johnson then Aaron Glen. At least so far that's my pecking order for head coach. I'm undecided about the GM position at this time.
