Of course it is, it's the off season, the time when the Jets fans rejoice over another hard fought AFC Offseason Championship. Every year the Jets get the absolute best Free Agents and then kill it in in the draft. It's no wonder they are such a storied and revered NFL franchise. :stoned-smiley:

So, the spygate scandal was dreampt up by Jet fans? Harrison was caught cheating for PEDs, so were Belicheck and Brady in their personal lives. I could go on, but why bother.

I think you are the one that's smoking. We are pretty realistic and do not think we kill it in the offseason every time. In fact, this is our best offseason i can think of in quite a while.

Like I said in one of your other posts, QB is the one thing we are lacking that you have. Once Brady is done, what are you guys going to do?

Honestly does it really make you or any Jet fans feel better by calling the Patriots Cheaters? Lets say everything you dream up, make up, and hope to be true about the Patriots is, then what? The Jets are still working on 45 plus years of failure, draft busts, coaching failures, Butt fumbles on National TV!!! Honestly just about any fan in the League would rather be cheaters than Jets. Jets fans are so incredibly jealous and angry they can' even see straight.

ok groga this is warning number 1, we are in a thread about harrison and geno and you mention neither just saying the jets suck now that is what I would consider trolling.

I understand you defending your team in a thread about your team but this was not one of them and you still had to get a jets and their history suck.

Someday Bellicheck could be an analyst on tv

So Bill, what do you think of the Jets chances this season?

Not good.

And, what do you think the addition of Revis will mean for them?

He'll make them better.

Don't take the bait from trolling Pats fans like Grogan. The Pats have won championships, they won the SB. They are a good football team and they're a better team than the Jets are at this point. And leave it at that...

I for one will take great pleaser in watching how shocked and upset Jets fans are when they realize that the Patriots aren't going away when Brady retires, but that is a story for anther day.

Don't you get it? Franchise QBs are so easy to come by? Once Brady is done, Cassel...I mean Hoyer...I mean Mallett...no, no. I mean Garoppolo. Yeah, he's the one. He's the successor. They won't miss a beat.

I love the logic of Pats fans. Brady is the greatest ever, according to them, but they won't miss a beat when he's done. That so many of them can believe two ideas that are so mutually exclusive is hilarious.

well if those qb's are willing to cheat also then they won't miss a beat.............cheaters always prosper as long as they don't get caught or have a man in charge on their payroll.

There is a cult mentality among Pats fans. They just assume everything is going to work out for them. The years 1960-2000 don't exist. Football was this newfangled invention that came along right around the time Mo hit Bledsoe.

It is such a lockstep mentality. Anything the Pats do is brilliant because it's the Pats who did it. If they traded Brady, Gronk, and the next 50 years of first and second round picks to move up three spots in the sixth round this season, they would be lauded for it.

I'm shocked you would even try and argue otherwise, you seem smarter than that. Kraft is the one that turned this team around and made them relevant. Sure there will never be another Brady, but the reality that Jets fans can't face is that Kraft has provided a stable franchise something Jets fans don't know about, how could they with Woody bumbling around. Kraft put this team in competitive mode and Jets fans expecting the Patriots to become a 5-11 or 6-10 team after Brady retires are in for a shock.

Of course, this is your dispassionately objective position.

The Pats will always be good, and the Jets will always suck.

No, you don't have any bias or an agenda. Seriously, go away. You have more than worn out your welcome here.

First off I never said the Pats will always be good, or that the Jets will always suck. What I said was very simple, that Robert Kraft is the one that made this team revenant, and he did that before B.B. or Brady, so yes under his ownership I believe the Patriots will remain relevant as a team and an organization. Likewise the Jet under Woody are not relevant, certainly not consistent and until he proves otherwise will remain as they have been. Those are reasonable assumptions based on facts, it doesn't matter if you like them or not. Sack you have a great way of putting words into my mouth, as well as inferring meanings to things I say that aren't there. Believe me, you hate the pats far more than I could ever hate the Jets.

The Dolphins have been looking for the next Marino. for more than a decade.

Bills haven't found the next.Kelly and we have been looking for the next Namath for 40

But arrogant chowd turds are certain that when 38+ Gramps Brady jumps off that final cliff in his fruity boxer shorts, the next Brady in Jimmy Crappola is already right there and ready to go

Looking forward to the short 30 year drought of Cheater basement finishes in an empty Sucksboro crap hole that are just about a guaranteed lovk

That's odd. I don't spend any time on a Pats board. Yet you are over here frequently.

I'm pretty sure that evidence suggests you hate the Jets more than I hate the Pats.

can you please elaborate on what kraft did to make the pats relevant before brady and belichick came on board. he inherited parcells when he bought the team, so i can't even credit him with that.

other than exhibiting a seemingly disproportionate amount of influence with the commissioner, i'm not sure what part of the pats successes can be attributed to kraft as opposed to B&B? please provide some details on this
