Im not sure of cuts..but there is a strategy to it from the standpoint of guys they want for practice squad...I think older guys..ie Vickerson, Mays, Henderson etc will be cut earlier..for younger guys to get more time w team and make it harder down line after final cuts for them to be picked up.

Yeah, but once they started giving Winters and Dozier reps at C, it seemed like his days were numbered.
