Jets releasing Streveler.
I would have loved to have kept Streveler, but while being a good story, that is likely all it will be. He is still an unknown, but he could be a good addition to the practice squad if nobody else gives up a roster spot for him.

I would have released Flacco, who has no longterm future, and let White and Streveler compere the opening 'L' against Baltimore. But Streveler had the potential to cause a QB controversy if Wilson comes back and lays an egg. Didn't like the Perine pick and am unsurprised that his 15 minutes is up. I'm guessing Zuniga is another customer for the Turk.
Maybe he'll sign to the practice squad.
Depth chart I have has nobody behind Michael Carter II in the slot. But they’ve obviously got someone on the roster they like, maybe Echols.
