I guess the last game couldn't offset what the coaches saw before that(reportedly lots of drops in practice). But he showed enough potential to excite the fans. I hope they keep him on the practice squad.

I think he has real potential if he can learn to catch. Drops are pretty much what got Herndon shipped out. A tight end that can only block is a waste of a position, especially if he's not great at blocking either. If the offense is to excel the drops by our receivers has to be a rare thing. He came through at the right time in that last preseason game and it didn't go unnoticed. He still has a chance.
On the bulletin board in the Jets facility maybe.
I've been looking too. The Jets are, as usual, incredibly slow to post information like that.
It will change (a lot?) after the released players are signed - starting just 23 1/2 hours from now.

The biggest change will be on the practice squad. The main roster should be pretty well set except for any possible trades that might happen.
