This one is easy IK!!!!!!!So who's the MVP?

IK Enempkapali

If there's ever a way to turn a negative into a positive, then IK misfortune turned into the Jets fortune. But I'll take it a step farther. Woody Johnson is this season's MVP. He cleaned house, got a GM and a HC that changed the culture that once was a circus. We're taking care of business quietly, and things have fallen in place. Regardless to how this year finishes, we have built a sound foundation that everyone league wise can respect. Thank you Woody Johnson.
hiring casserly & wolf as consultants was the smartest move woody has made as the owner of the jets..If there's ever a way to turn a negative into a positive, then IK misfortune turned into the Jets fortune. post should have ended there..My first instinct is obviously Fitz,
post should have ended there..![]()
I get what you're saying, but seriously -- is he our MVP based on his body of work, or on his improvement over the EXTREMELY low bar we've grown accustomed to?
Here's some rankings I was able to find:
Passer rating -- 20th
Yardage -- 13th
TDs -- 10th
Completion % -- 20th
I'm not bashing the guy -- we'd DEFINITELY not be in the position we find ourselves without the season he's having. But don't you think an "MVP" season would have led to better production? I guess 1/2 the QBs in the league would have been our MVP?
I'm thankful for what the guy has brought to the table, but also looking forward to the day when these numbers are EXPECTED, not lauded . . .

WINS 10 with one to play vs only 4 losses

with all due respect, i don't think you do..I get what you're saying,
I'm not bashing the guy --
He did cite one specific stat he cares about with QB's ... how often they get their team in the end-zone.Parcells mantra was, "the only QB stat I care about is W's" He also said "Don't tell me how many yards a RB has, tell me when he gets them."
