honestly E, i wouldn't even let quigley compete for the job next season.. i would cut bait & move on..

that said, isn't folk still under contract?? or are you saying he "is" & you think he's making more than he's worth??

Quigley & Bullock are FAs...

Folk is under contract but NOT aware how his rehabilition has progressed to this point... His contract is up in two years but it isn't fully guaranteed... So there is a chance we could part ways if he isn't fully recovered or may have lingering issues... So we shall see...

I agree on Quigley...gone ASAP...........I was hoping the cards would get Westy after the Jets but I think he is too young for BA to look at :global (6)::global (6):

You know the cards are great for hiring extra coaches.......Westy could be a special coach for special teams along with April or another coach

I don't care who ya are, thas sum funny shit, right there.
For those who didn't get the joke, Arians, (63 years old), answered questions about his advanced age as a 1st time HC by telling reporters to wait and see how old the guys HE was hiring as assistants were.
They are, in order of progressive age, 62. 63, 70, 77, & 80 (EIGHTY phuquing years old).
Tom Coughlin will finally be old enough (70) to work in AZ this coming season.

7th round pick could be used on Kevin Hogan from Stanford who could be that developmental QB that fits this system we are currently running... He has the body of work but not splashy for most...

Sounds good, I must look him up.

I ve been calling for Quiggles to be gone since the day Westhoff booted out Robert Malone for him

He had a decent season (reduced crushing blocks and shanks....well except for last week) but there has to be a better punting option somewhere on planet earth.

I believe Bullock did a credible job stepping in for Folk though and would be happy to see the two of them battle it out in OTAs and TC to decide the winner

What's missing? Not a whole lot, IMO.

Offense: I'd like to see Brick restructure, and then draft his eventual replacement. I think the Jets could get a little better at RT, but Breno wasn't bad. He improved over last year. I'd also like to see the Jets take another QB in the first three rounds to supplement Petty. You can't have enough developmental QB's. Re-sign Fitz for a two year deal. He earned it big time.

Defense: secondary and d-line are set for a few more years. Harris and Mauldin are solid, but I see replacements for Pace and Demario Davis. Depth at LB is good with Reilly, Henderson, Lattimore.

Specials: I don't think they were that bad. Sure, look for another punter. Folk will be back. I'd love to see the Jets get a good punt returner, as I'm tired of watching "fair catch Kerley" constantly throw up the white flag to pin the team deep.

What about thompkins at return man?

Restructure everything possible, sign Fitz and mo. Cut cro and replace with Williams, see if Revis can give us 2 mill back.

Puts us just under 40.-Fitz and mo.

Draft a Rb at 20, 2nd round o line, 3rd round olb.

And then one last move
Richardson or mo for Megatron. Detroit is really hurting on d line and Calvin has been publicly saying he doesn't know if he's coming back, which means retirement or forced trade.

Give me one more try with Fitz throwing to Megatron, Marshall, decker in the slot, Amaro at te,and Devin smith. With a young gun rb and Powell out of the backfield. Bam, stop us now.
