On a third occasion, the Pats did not fully cooperate. They refused to present the identity of a third person interviewed, a JF, refused to have him interviewed in person by the investigators, and only allowed him to talk to the investigators by phone, with Patriots counsel on the phone.

For a team that did nothing wrong, they sure hid a lot of stuff.

wow - now lets just think - what could possibly be incontrovertible or hard evidence - a video of someone letting air out of the balls

the Pats backpeddle is amazing - almost like a skilled DB - no longer that it didnt happen - now no "incontrovertible evidence".....the refuge of scoundrels

and kraft is offended by claim of less than full cooperation. Well, Ted Wells and the NFL legal team might be offended by that attitude.

Wells report is a possible tip of the Iceberg according to this guys analysis which is an interesting read on how the Pats seemed to stop fumbling the league average to consistently being well below average in 2007.

Angrily denying it...then saying they won't challenge the league's findings.

It's because Mike Kensil works for the league. And he MUST be pro-Jets. He was fired by them in 2006.

Oh, and more than 30 years ago, Goodell spent a year as a Jets intern. That is far more relevant than him getting $44 million per year from the owners on Kraft's recommendation, or him partying at Kraft's house the night before the deflategate game.

I am guessing draft picks may be a part of it. There is no reason to release it so soon after the draft unless they had it before and held it for this week. All they did was buy the Pats another year without draft punishment.

It comes out in March, the Pats lose 2015 picks. It comes out in May, the Pats lose 2016 picks.

What an offseason for Jets fans. New front office/coaching staff, great free agency period, and a nice draft haul. Now, the pats are once again exposed for the cheaters they are. I can't wait to hear from Belichick's mouthpieces at NBC(Rodney Harrison), NFL network(Evans & McGinest), and of course ESPN(Bruschi). The Patriot Way......... what a joke.
