Since when does it only take two or three weeks to overcome a torn labrum?
Am I missing something, or doesn't a torn labrum require surgery and months of physical therapy?
Thats the part I don't get, they are calling it a torn labrum AND saying its two the three weeks, no mentions of surgery.with surgery it takes 6 to 8 weeks recovery time...
same time it should of took Jace Amaro last year to return but he waited to have his surgery...
now if it doesn't require surgery then it is NOT a torn labrum it is at worst bruised...
I guess thats possible, but still, two to three weeks for even a partially torn labrum seems awfully optimistic. I'm no expert, I'm not a doctor, but something doesn't sound right. Makes me wonder if Petty had something like a torn labrum too, because initially they were implying it was only a few weeks recovery and he still hasn't practiced since the injury.Would a partial tear definitely require surgery?

Something doesn't fit?
Either its NOT a torn labrum as you pointed out, or we should be looking at surgery and a long recovery.
