FYI elias, further to our PM, i can see the bruce irvin tweet but not the prior 2

Thanks. That's odd. Sometimes it takes a while for them to load. I am not so sure but do find it annoying. I'll try to play around with another plugin and see if that one is better.

Read something this am that suggested that the Jets willingness to explore a Vernon signing may mean that a trade deal for Mo might be closer than we think. The rationale being that in order to fit Vernon's salary under the cap would mean that they could trade Mo.

Depends on what vernon's price was. Thank god they didn't make him the second highest paid lineman. That's insane.

I'd rather see them bring in Zachary Brown..... We need a good 3rd down LB that can cover a RB or TE if needed. Haven't had one since Darling.

Free agent tight end Josh Hill visited the Jets Thursday, according to ESPN's Field Yates (March 17).

The Saints have extended a qualifying offer to Hill, giving New Orleans the right to match any offer he receives from another team.

Hill caught 16 passes for 120 yards and two touchdowns last season playing behind Ben Watson, who left to sign with Baltimore.

Bent, theJetsBlog.com -- Hill is a restricted free agent, so if the Jets want to sign him, they'll have to sign him to an offer sheet which the Saints will have a chance to match. Should the Saints decide not to match, Hill would not affect the compensatory picks calcuation.

Hill is probably best remembered by Jets fans for the 4th and one play in the 2014 win over the Saints, where he got blown up in the backfield by Quinton Coples.

However, he's versatile and can contribute as a receiver, blocker and special teamer. He hasn't had many chances behind the likes of Jimmy Graham and Watson, though.

The Saints reportedly like his potential, so there's a good chance they would match a low-ball offer. As we've discussed before, it won't take much to upgrade the tight end position based on last season's disappointing production

Really interesting all these TE's they are bringing in. They already have 6 on the roster, and the O didn't use TE's all that much last year.
Just makes me wonder where Amaro stands

I'd like to see Hill and Norwood signed..... Hill and Amarao at TE could be very dangerous...

and we need a decent KR/PR in the worst way
