Rivers is Rivers, he'll do that to yer secondary.
The guy ledes the league in passing yards fer fuksakes.
What matters isn't yards allowed anyway, it's how many points has the secondary given up.
The Packers pass defense is currently ranked 4th in the league, having given up 101 points and only allowing 1.8 ppg more defensively than the Jets defense (75 allowed passing).
They've had to do that WITHOUT the likes of the All-Pro DL the Jets have.
They've gotten it done against QBs like;
#1 Rivers
#11 Smith
#15 Wilson
#19 Kaepernick
#21 Cutler
#30 Foles
The Jets defense went up against;
#12 Bradford
#16 Cousins
#18 Tannehill
#28 Luck
#37 Manziel
Which group of QBs would YOU rather your secondary face?
AND against RBs like:
#2 Todd Gurley
#5 Matt Forte
#10 Jamaal Charles
#24 Melvin Gordon
#30 BEASTMODE
vs Jets facing RBs named;
#14 oldguy Frank Gore
#25 Alfred Morris
#26 LaMar Miller
idunnoe because CLE doesn't have a ranked RB above #31 Crowell - Manziel was their top rusher
#34 Ryan Matthews
Which group of RBs would YOU rather your DL and secondary have to face?
The point being the Packers faced significant running game threats, with QBs ranked higher, respectively, than those QBs the Jets have faced through 5 games.
Stats are all well & good, but WHO you play has a hand in developing those stats.
The Packers have had a far harder row to hoe and STILL their secondary ranks right up in the Top-5 with the #1 Jets'.
AND, their sacks are generated by coverage, not monster DL players like the Jets are so fortunate to have.
The Packers DL sux, quite frankly, but CM3 and Peppers have provided enough spark, along with excellent secondary coverage, to have the Packers 2nd in the league in sacks.
THAT alone, says that the Packers secondary is giving the Big-Name group in NJ a run for it's money.
