I love how this guy just tells it like it is. He doesn't hold back for the betterment of the team. He's also full of ideas on how to counteract various things that the opponent does. He's a strategist - something we do NOT seem to have in KR or Toilet. The Jets offense was owning the patsies for two thirds of the first half. After Belichick made adjustments Toilet and KR were HELPLESS to counteract what Belichick did. It's as if they are incapable of making adjustments on the fly?

Football games are chess games. If your HC is unable to make adjustments during the game, then he's NOT a competent HC. It's really that simple.........

I dont think we have had a coach capable of making adjustments since Parcel.

Todd Bowles - Defensive Coordinator without HC experience - no offense experience
Rex Ryan - Defensive Coordinator without HC experience - no offense experience
Eric Mangini - Defensive Coordinator without HC experience - no offense experience
Herm Edwards - Defensive Assistant - not even a coordinator without HC experience - no offense experience
Al Groh - Defensive Coordinator & Special Teams without HC experience
Parcels/Bellicheck

Actually we have to go back to Kotite....before we get to a true offensive coordinator - maybe that is why the Jets have overreacted so much over the years and only hired Def. Coordinators and Assistants.

Making changes is hard when your HC is learning on the job and is uncomfortable with offense and your OC is brand new at making the calls.
