it's gonna be a season of Jekyl and Hyde. Part of it driven by opponent - part by injuries to roster - part of by holes still in the roster - and part of it well, just because they are the Jets. It's the old cliche', but week to week is going to be about matchups. Bears OL absolutely beat up the Jets front. From there, it was a domino effect up against a brilliant offensive mind who then exploited evey weakness the Jets have.....and the Jets were powerless to stop it just by lacking the talent to do it. 'Better team' applies here. Defense really kept them in it as much as possible, but offense was putrid - lacking playmakers and having a highly overrated OL. Toss it in the garbage and see how we match this week.

I would love to say the offense would be much better if AD & Omar were back, but the honest truth is, we had guys open and Geno (either not being comfortable with them, or having a horrible day) just didn't even look at them.

I still feel like AG wants to be a run heavy team, but Reich seems to want to be balance and spread the ball around. They need to all get on the same page and make sure the same message is making it to the players. We have talent, why we looked so horrible this past weekend is the great question.

Agreed. Plus he’s scared to run the ball for a few yards he’s needs at times to get the first downs. Sliding a yard or two short over these past games is bullshit!

I am more and more encouraged about our next year's draft positions. Of the three first rounders, we would probably "earn" the highest slot...likely in the top 4-5.
That'll definitely put us in a good situation to get a QB (unless Klubnik goes in at some point during the current season and tears it up).
