Why are you laying the blame on Lafleur, he’s not the head coach. It’s on Robert Saleah who dress on game day with input from position coaches and coordinators. Ultimately the head coach makes the decision.

...and Saleh bases his decisions on the coordinators opinions. I guess you can blame Douglas and Woody also.

But there's a lot of other stuff wrong with the offense aside from Wilson and Flacco.
