I agree, but they should at least put it out there unless the Giants have told them in secret that they are taking Barkley.
I mean I'm perfectly fine with having the strongest armed QB in the NFL as long as he can do all the other stuff. He checks all the physical boxes. If they traded away all these picks for a midget then they will have lost me as a fan.
Josh Allen can play under center which I don't think some of these QB's can or did much of.

Next years 2nd rounder, ANYTHING CAN OCCUR WITHIN THE YEAR that we could regain a pick within that round.
Case and point:
When Philly traded to acquire the slot in the draft to select Carson Wentz, they traded away two first rounders. Sure Fans hated the facts of tradd those away, but as the year played out, they regained it by trading away Bradford to Minnesota for the following years 1st round pick.
This trade was BRILLIANT and an obvious steal if the QB Mac covets turns out to be our franchise signal caller.
So far, this has been a dream of an off-season.

Out of all these , Give me Baker Mayfield. Kid has Moxy, grit and is a stellar Leader.
Clawed and climbed all the way up from no where. The guy has the "it" factor to handle New York City.
The hot temperment would be curbed by having him learn under the tuteledge of a vet like Josh McCown and the team first unity locker room that Mac and Bowles have built within Florham.

I feel the same way, there's just something about him, what you said, its the IT factor, the dude is a gunslinger and ridiculously accurate.
I swear if he was 2 inches taller, I'd bet my life he would be the #1 Overall Pick.
I won't complain if we take Darnold, Rosen or Allen, but if I had to predict who will be the best pro, LIFE ON THE LINE, I would pick Mayfield.

Just Feel Mac did his due dilligience and was possibly swept away once he spoke to him during the combine and his pro-day. Then going to Rosens pro-day, there is a descrepancy, the kid has the same "it" factor Favre had: PASSIONATE and he wears it on his sleeve.
(Keep in mind, Brett was a hot head at Southern Miss.)
