Guys….. I started this thread not saying Zach sucks or Zach is great…. Just that he seems to be progressing. That’s all we can ask for at this point of the season. Cautiously optimistic…… perhaps the game is slowing down a bit for him
At this point Sam is gone. I wish him the best wherever he ends up. He was done no favors by the Jets as they have ruined a lot of QB's. We all want Wilson to play well and progress and I believe he is progressing. What Sam did here has no relevance to Wilson.

Hint : Don’t take the bait . We know you love Wilson . Learn to call out his flaws . When he does become great, it will be so much more enjoyable. There’s no where for him to go but down from that pedestal you have him on . From where the rest of us have him, the sky is the limit .

Excellent post. One of the main things I have seen outta Zach is that he is learning ( or perhaps learned already) is to play within the system. The Hero ball style of play seems to be on the back burner for now, which I think is great. With his arm, the hero ball will always be there, but he is learning fundamentals now…. Eyework, footwork, pocket presence, reading defenses and ball placement are all seeming to improve…. And at the end of the day…that’s what I’m looking to see

Again I never said anything about Darnold until someone brought him up. I've fully admitted believing in him for too long. I've also admitted that Wilson has made some minor progress. As far as that run it was better than Wilson's in my opinion, but it doesn't matter Darnold is no longer here.
