Almost exactly how is rate them, but I'd have Wilson, Flacco, Stafford. I have Stafford a few notches lower but rank the QBs almost identical (I'd probably have Luck
#2 )...and this D and a fring top 10 QB is pushing for SBs annually...pretty sure if the jets pushed for SBs annually, we'd all sign up for that.
Note: you're also saying...Wilson isn't elite...but he is a top 10 QB. Jets fans on this very site out of one side of their mouth say they want a franchise QB...then say they dont want a top 10 QB that is 26 years old and annually takes his team to the Super Bowl...and say what you want, the Seahawks are the Rams/Cards without Wilson...they're 8-8, 9-7 trying to sneak into the play-offs, with Wilson, they're in the SB annually. I see our D and run game inline with those 2 teams (at least) and Wilson being the missing piece to be in the super bowl. The difference between us being 8-8 and 12-4 is likely obtaining a QB in his ilk...Still dont understand how obtaining a top 10 QB that doesnt turn the ball over and has his team knocking on SB championships annually isnt worth Mo and 2 first rd picks.
Im not going to take Petty may be Wilson posts too seriously...everyone who drafts a QB rd 3 or lower hopes for the next Wilson or Tom...few teams find the next Wilson and Brady...its probably a 1-5% chance that happens. Wilson is a 26 year old known/proven commodity that will have Seattle knocking on the door for a SB again next year...keeping elite QBs watching the SB at home just like me...right, Mr. Rodgers...
