If we're gonna win 10 Games (4-1 the rest of the way), it has to start with a four game winning streak before we get to NE and Buffalo to close out the season. Miami was the first one, but we MUST win the next three too. We cannot get to those last two games needing to win both of them. It would be nice to win both of them, but we can't put ourselves in a position where we MUST win both of them to get to 10, especially with the Bills game being in Buffalo, so we'll be underdogs in both of those games, but the next three weeks we will be favorites and we have to win those games!

Does this team have a four game winning streak in it, a team that has underachieved for the most part in my view?
I have a hard time trusting the this team can go all out for four straight games cause thus far I've seen no evidence to suggest that they can. All I've seen is a team that can't handle success. They can't sustain a winning streak without a letdown. That, too me, has been this teams achilles heel, because they have the talent to be a playoff team in my view.
Well that will have to change, RIGHT NOW, if they want to make the playoffs. They will have to stay on an emotional high the rest of the way and bring their ABSOLUTE A-GAME to every one of these remaining games. There's no margin for error. That was squandered in Games 6 thru 10 when they disgraced themselves and went 1-4 following a 4-1 start. Now EVERY GAME is critical, starting with the Giants. THEY BETTER WIN THIS GAME, they're a better team than the Giants and they better win this game. Win the next three and all we'll need is a split vs NE and Buffalo.
I'll be happy just to see both Revis and Williams out there. Neither is a certainty yet. If we're at full strength, we'll be alright against ODB.

But former Giants star linebacker Lawrence Taylor, a Hall of Famer, has some strong feelings about Jets-Giants.
And he expressed them Monday to the Daily News' Gary Myers:
"The Giants pretty much own New York. We've done more. We've got better fans and more fans than the Jets do. We've got four Super Bowls behind us. Until they win some Super Bowls, the conversation is over with. Like I said, the conversation is over with."

Two other quotes from their "hero" stick out in my mind:
1) The second time he tested positive for drugs, he was asked by a reporter where he would be going for (MANDATORY) rehab. He said "Golf is my rehab. I'll see you out on the links" To date there is not one documented instance of him ever spending one day in a certified rehab facility.
2) After his third positive drug test, he spoke at an inner city high school in New Jersey. He told a packed audience, "I am NOT going to tell you not to take drugs". The quote not only made the sports pages, but also the editorial pages of at least two NY newspapers. It may have been the most callous and insensitive statement by a public figure since "Let them eat cake".
Who knows how many kids in the audience listened to him and destroyed their lives?
He, and the fans who idolize him, are the primordial sludge at the bottom of the gene pool.

Plexico is my neighbor, I used to let my dog do his "business " and left it there when he was a Gint.
When he came do the Jets I picked it up. My wife told him and he got a kick out of it. Not a bad guy....very quite.

Not quite as sharp as the babe in the recent commercial driving with her date to watch (I think) a Titans game and commenting technically on the qualities of the team.
I think the key to this game is getting to Eli early. Once Eli hears footsteps Beckham will not matter. I think we win this game because of our Defense will be up for the game and the Giants will have to pass to win. Our DBs will pick off a few passes and that's the difference IMO. Pryor needs to hit Beckham once and set the tone for the game. Go Jets, I can't wait.
I don't remem where I heard this but someone described Eli's face as someone who constantly is smelling a nasty fart. I cant help but think of this every time that I look at him.
