He adjust well with the ball in the air..speeds up or slows down. Has a unique ability to read the ball in the air so well. He's on Sirius now.

Just left the Disney store with my daughter.
Did Seussical with our 3-year-old son earlier today. My fatherly duty for the day was done and over with before the draft.

Thats a real skill that requires more than just speed, the great deep threats are fast, but they are also adept and making an imperceptible gesture, just enough to make a DB blink, then they explode and are gone with the wind.
I've seen thousands of fast WR's who don't get open deep like this guy.
Again, reminds me of Wesley WaIker, I can't emphasize that enough.
Smith is fast on the field, which is where it matters most. He has a pretty good 40 time, but even more importantly, he's even faster on tape.

On the field speed in pads can often be much different then speed in gym shorts

I don't love the draft so far but I have so much more faith in Macc than I did with Bradway/Idzik. He gets the benefit of the doubt at this point from me.
I would have gone DGB or Jalen Strong or Tyler Lockett or Rashad Greene there. I like them all better than Smith.
One thing is obvious though. They are selecting high character, disciplined, coachable players. The Rex era of knuckleheads is over. And we can all rejoice on that.
