And that's understandable. But Jets fans are a part of the problem if they never give a coaching staff the time to actually get it right.

Personally, I don’t care who they get for any of theses jobs because history shows that all of them will fail anyway.

and us discussing any of this is a meaningless waste of time too. Our opinions don’t matter. It’s just a way for us to share the pain

I agree with you about this but Glenn is letting viable defensive coach talent slip through his fingers foolishly. He is fire the staff hungry because he couldn't make it work. The worst of it is he has, in spite of what he says, no realistic plan .

This is the problem. Jets fans assign 57 years of frustration onto any incoming coaching staff. Rather than having time to build a winner, new Jets coaches have to win immediately or face the onslaught of the fans and morons like Joe Beningo calling for everyone to be fired immediately.

As you know I’ve had tickets since 71 , went to close to 500 games
I know what I’m watching
And it’s not good
It’s not impatient
It’s just pure idiocy
Especially when you see throughout the league teams turn it around in one year . That patience thing has sailed and it’s old school . You don’t need 5 year rebuilds in the new NFL . So I desagree with your philosophy.

Jets just hired Brain Duker for their DC position. ...........I'm not impressed. He must have agreed to let Glenn call the plays which I believe is a no,no.
