this is JD giving up. Knowing he’s getting fired cause this team isn’t going to the playoffs. If he thought he’d be back next year, would he give up another 3rd round pick for an old guy to play 11 games?

Yeah I know it can become a 2nd. I already wrote off any of those things being possible as he is now a jet

My take…… obviously this has Rodgers and bitchboy Woody written all over it . This is a placate move to keep Rodgers another year or 2. No way are we cutting Devante after this year if Rodgers still in the house. And to be honest, Adams is way better than Williams who was a 1 yr rental anyways. It’s a decent move by a desperate owner and the way the AFC is shaping up, a wildcard at 10-7 is probably a lock and 9-8 is a decent possibility. And we will recoup the draft pick once we dump Reddick on whoever….. But my question is …… where the Hell is JD ????? Is he still running the team??? Saleh canned.. nothing Adams trade… nothing. Reddick fiasco…nothing

The Jets will have a better passing game, but their defense can't stop the run and now the entire secondary is injured. Carter, Reed, Clark and Jermaine. Thats a lot to lose especially when Sauce and Quitten aren't playing well. I expect a lot of games like the last 3. IMO, there is zero reason to have hope with this years team.
