You certainly don't think Geno is better than Carson Palmer, and I'm not sure we have any reason to think he's better than Stanton, either (unless we're using the dreaded P-word).
You can say he's better than Lindley, but I'm not sure that's saying much . . .
It's a nice fantasy and if it makes you happy, greatYes I think with the coaching that hopefully Chan gives him he will be better than a brokedown Palmer and Stanton

I don't even think Fitzpatrick needs a resurgence. All he needs to do is play like he did last year until he got hurt. He gives you that kind of performance, the Jets will be fine.
Great songFly me to the moon...Frank Sinatra. In other words....

good point about potential malcontents..I believe we are finally under a competent hc and gm that is for sure.
how the players react to him we will see.........i do believe some may be harboring resentment a little because they liked club rex but once we get rid of them or they change their tune i am excited to see what bowles can do.
not even with parcells going into '98??Haven't believed this much since before the 1983 season
my two favorites are my way & new york, new york..Summer Wind, New York, New York and For Once In My Life probably top my list but there was so many good ones and I change my mind a lot lol
Not sure where my mind was it's crazy to leave My Way off any top list.my two favorites are my way & new york, new york..
but like you said, frank had so many hits..

Do YOU Believe ???

HYATT™;37960 said:HYATT™ has a reputation for being one of the more harsh critics of any FAIR analysts doing the work these days.
Lawdy knows HYATT™ has had more than his share of negative comments to make about the Jets over the past couple of seasons...
BUT!
HYATT™ ALSO warned Jets fans to EXPECT a couple of rough years until they could clear up the HolMEs & Snatchez contract situations and find a decent starting QB - 2015 being the predicted return to competitiveness made by NostraHYATT™ all the way back in late 2012.
It could have gone belly-up on HYATT™ had Idzik retained his position, but thankfully for NostraHYATT™'s prediction streak, he did not.
Rex Ryan being deposed made much less difference in the grand scheme of things than many would suspect.
Even had Rex Ryan remained, this would be an AFCC game competitive squad this season.
HYATT™ expects nothing less than a run for the Big Dance in 2015 & as far as I know, HYATT™ is the first kid on the block to make that prediction.
(Added qualifier, IF Fitzpatrick is the QB of record - which HYATT™ believes will come to pass.)
HYATT™;38582 said:HYATT™ already declared in another thread, which is WHY he started this one.
In 2010 NostraHYATT™ predicted the Packers season record the day before the season began.
NostraHYATT™'s prediction for Green Bay was that they would meet the Jets in the Super Bowl, but stopped short of predicting the winner of that contest.
NostraHYATT™ came within 6 points of that outcome. (AFCC game, New Jersey Jets 19 - Pittsburgh Steelers 24.)
Green Bay went on to defeat PIT (25-31) in SB XLV.
Not only did NostraHYATT™ get that part right, or nearly so, but accurately predicted the Packers W/L record, Division W/L record, and each of the playoff opponents and the outcomes of the Eagles, Falcons, & CHI games - BEFORE the season began.
Getting the Packers record correct is cause enough to thump a little chest, but predicting the finishes in all 8 divisions and the outcomes of each of THEIR respective playoff runs, is more than just "luck".
It's science and great analysis.
And while HYATT™ does in fact have G&G coursing through his veins, if one looks closely, they'll find a deciliter or two of G&W in there as well.
