I really wish this wasn’t true but might be the most accurate thing said on this site in a long time.
In all fairness, I felt he dealt with the situation in the worst way possible, and his ask was just unrealistic. I've said from the beginning, he should have "held in", showed up and dealt with the team to try to get a new contract.
