I disagree. Those activities will provide outcomes. We will all read camp reports and see what we need to see in the preseason. I'm in the camp I hope Geno improves but let the best man win. I don't care who wins as long as we win. But it's in our best interest for the younger QB to succeed.
Ironically, Geno is only 7 months older than Petty with 2 more years of experience in the NFL. We should be rooting for one of the young guys to emerge so we can build around them in next year's QB heavy draft and hope a young stud oline man falls in our lap...but if we go with Father Time and make a playoff run like HYATT predicted, let's do it and see where we land.
Fair point. I'm just confident that with whoever the QB, we should win more this year and be in contention. With our defense we shouldn't expect much from our QBs which I hope take pressure off them. Just one to two TD drives per game.
