ATL's Oline destroyed our Dline in the first half...end of story! by doing so, they kept stunts off the table, because we were on our heals not being able to stop the simple throws, nor the run. once we struggled getting off of the field, the rush was obsolete with weary legs.
however, i have to say that the tone was set by the roughing the pansy call on the first series. they seemed to back off the gas after that.
huge proponent of back to back personal fouls for roughing the pansy if the first is a garbage call for that very reason. play a dime defense and blindside the QB the very next play with a CB blitz just to show there are no breaks on the car!!!
i.e., let crime fit the punishment, bc we got hosed!!!
