It amazes me that the Yankee Forum is dead. Yankees are on fire right now and not 1 post in 6 days!

Although there are only 3 of us on this board, for the most part, It's nice to have a few guys to get excited with...
especially Rott in Chi and me in central Pa.

So, does that mean you will join me in the Islander thread this fall. Couldn't be much farther from Exxon Mobil than the Isles over the last 30 years.

Coming out of the break 10 games

3 road vs Cardinals

3 road vs Nationals

4 home Dodgers including Kershaw and Greinke


Could have easily been a 1-9 season ending disaster

Instead, 4-6 and still within 2 of the division lead

Padres in town for 3 games. Might Upton switch dugouts at some point during this series? I wonder if Padres will lower their asking price for the 2 onth rental?

I had quite enough Cubs nostalgia since I moved here. I was at Wrigley Field for the Bartman game 12 years ago. I may have looked shocked and stunned as that 8th inning unfolded, but I was laughing hysterically on the inside. I feell ike I was a part of Cub folklore by being there that night.

Now back to the thread. We can resume the hockey debate in October.

And the way their frontrunner fanbase has disappeared since 1983, you.might have any seat in the house before they move out of NY to Cleveland or Quebec or Sheboygan where they belong

Moves Parnell out of the set up.role and, should they somehow get to October, sets up a solid back end with Mejia not available

Still think Bart or Niese for a bat isa strong possibility
