Max Scherzer loses a perfect game by hitting a better with two outs in the 9th. Still finished off the no hitter, but what a way to lose a perfecto.

In his last two starts, Scherzer has struck out 26 while allowing 1 hit, 1 walk, & 1 hit batsmen. Can't get much better than that.

Cole Hamels, on the trading block and the Cubs are one of the teams interested. So he goes out at Wrigley Field this afternoon and no hits the Cubs. Last out of the game the center fielder Odubel Herrera falls down and make the catch while lying on the warning track.

What a fail this season for the Red Sox. All I heard from my boss was how good they were going to be. This is what makes the Yankees surprise season all that much better

Troy Tulowitzki has been traded to the Blue Jays for Jose Reyes and a package of minor leaguers.

As a Yankee fan, the Blue Jays just got a lot harder to beat. Glad we have a 7 Game lead. Hope its enough.

Don't quite get the Tulo deal. Don't the Jays already have the best offense in the league, they needed pitching. And the Rockies don't get salary relief, Reyes is due $22MM for each year from 2016 - 18.

Surprise and a bit of a head strange one to me.
