The PS rules were revised this year, so you are allowed to put a limited number of vets on the PS

I don't remember the exact number, but guys like Wes Johnson and Dozier are eligible now.

A player cannot participate on the practice squad for more than three seasons; he is eligible for a third season only if the team has at least 53 players on its active/inactive list for the duration of that player's employment, or have no prior accrued seasons in the NFL (an accrued season is six or more games on the active roster); or if he has accrued a year of NFL experience on a club's 53-man active roster. If the player was on the active list for fewer than 9 games during their "only Accrued Season(s)", he maintains his eligibility for the practice squad. Games in which a player is listed as the third-string quarterback (a designation that has been abolished as of 2011) do not count as being on the active list

Romar Morris going to have shoulder surgery next week, so being waived-injured might be the next move by the Jets...

Jalin Marshall could be cut soon. After a hot start, he's really showing some weak hands. Peake and Anderson would be good options as #4 and #5 options at WR. Don't know if either can return punts, though.

I could be dead wrong, but I think JMarsh has made team. Has proven himself as a returner, and can be dangerous after the catch as WR. Ross may have outplayed him in PS games, but perhaps the entire camp body of work and upside puts Marshall on team.

I thought Anderson was the odd man out, but I now think he made this team. As much as i dislike it, I think Ross makes this team over Marshall
